Shipping and Delivery
So, you’re getting some new leafy buddies? That’s awesome! Now, let’s talk about getting them to you. We’ve got a few options: Local Delivery, Standard Post, and the star of the show, Express Post.
Why is Express Post the star, you ask? Well, it’s like giving your plants a first-class ticket! They get to you super-fast, so they don’t have to stay boxed up for too long. Plus, our plant-loving team makes sure they’re packed safely for their journey. We want them to arrive at your doorstep in perfect shape, just as much as you do!
But hey, we get it. Everyone’s got their own needs and budgets. If you’d rather go with Local Delivery or Standard Post, that’s totally cool too. Just keep in mind, it might take a bit longer and we can’t promise the same speed and safety as with Express Post, also, please note that we can’t be held accountable if the plants don’t arrive in the best condition due to transport delays.

Please also note to make sure our plants get to you in tip-top shape, we only send them out on Mondays. This helps us avoid having our green friends spend the weekend at the Australia Post Depot, ensuring they’re as fresh as can be when they arrive at your doorstep. ☀️
We care about your plants (and biosecurity)! Unfortunately, due to regulations, we are currently unable to ship live plants to Western Australia, Tasmania, or the Northern Territory.
A quick note about ordering
If you’re keen to have your plants dispatched the following Monday, please place your order by midday AEST (that’s Australian Eastern Standard Time) on Sunday. 🕛 Any orders placed after this time will be dispatched the Monday after next. We know it’s a bit of a wait, but it’s all to ensure your new plant friends have the safest journey possible.
We understand this might be a bit of a change, but we’re confident it’s the best way to keep our plants healthy and happy. Your understanding and ongoing support mean the world to us. Thank you for being such a vital part of our plant-loving community! 💚
Local Delivery:
We can deliver right to your doorstep in the Sunshine Coast area of Southeast Queensland. And guess what? It’s just a small delivery fee of $10 with order over $50. How cool is that?
We put a lot of love and care into packing your plants, so they arrive at your doorstep in perfect shape. But sometimes, things happen that are out of our control. If your plants arrive in bad condition, don’t worry! Shoot us an email at kempupinem@outlook.com with a picture of the plant, and we’ll do our best to make things right for you.
Just remember to let us know within 24 hours of your order arriving. If we don’t hear from you within that time, we won’t be able to take responsibility for any issues or delivery problems.
Also, just a heads up, once your order is on its way, we can’t accept cancellations due to a change of mind. If you need to cancel your order, make sure to let us know before your plants hit the road. After all, our plants are living things, and we want to avoid any unnecessary travel for them.
